Refund Policy
We offer refunds only for defective products. Customers must provide videos or photos as proof of the defect. Once confirmed, we will process the refund or send a replacement.
To receive a refund for the wrong flavor (if you received something you did not order), you must take a video of the unpackaging process. The parcel must be unopened and undamaged for the refund to be processed.
We do not offer refunds if problems arise during delivery, including the order being lost by the courier company, seized by customs, or other such issues. Once the order is shipped and the customer receives an active tracking number, responsibility for transportation and any issues during transit lies entirely with the courier service.
